For Custom jobs, you must provide us with the Orchestra Score book(s) you receive from the LICENSING COMPANY , and a copy of your contract with them for proof that you have the right to produce the show.

Once we have reached an agreement, we then follow a timeline similar to the following:
#1 - At least 10-12 weeks prior to Opening Night: We must be furnished with the Piano/Vocal Score so that rehearsal tracks can be created. Along with the books you must also send a deposit of 1/4 the total amount agreed upon. (If you have a pianist for rehearsal purposes, simply skip to step two.)
#2 - At least 8 weeks prior to Opening Night: We must now be furnished with the Orchestra Scores. (If you have requested Rehearsal Tracks, you will receive them at this point. Upon receipt, a second payment of 1/4 is required.)
#3 - Throughout the Rehearsal Process: If you encounter problems or need things adjusted (such as Tempos, Vamps, Keys, etc.), please feel free to call them in ASAP so they can be fixed and perfected before we send out the Finished Product.
#4 - At least 2 weeks prior to Opening Night: You will now receive the Finished Product. Upon receipt, the final payment of 1/2 is required.
*Keep in mind that this timeline is only a guide and can be tailored to suit the needs of your specific production. Additional charges may apply for jobs deemed "Rush Jobs" or those that stray too far from the above timeline.
